Jing’an Sports Center is located in the south of Wenshui Road and east of Gonghexin Road in central ring. It has three functions: national fitness, sports performance and comprehensive supporting, and five components: comprehensive gymnasium, national fitness hall, outdoor stadium, integrated supporting system and underground garage. Jing’an Sports Center is mainly open to the public to meet the needs of the public fitness. As an important part of building three sports and fitness radiation belts in Jing’an District during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the new Jing’an Sports Center will be opened to the outside world with a total floor area of 87,544 square meters. Its total construction area is one football field larger than that of Hongkou Football Stadium, which is known as the first one in China.
